This article primarily introduces several physical parameters of PVA as well as its physicochemical properties.
PVA sponge is designed to handle hydrophilic porous materials—such as those undergoing wringing and moisture transfer—in various manufacturing processes. This sponge is formed through a chemical reaction involving PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) and boasts excellent water absorption and retention capabilities, as well as a soft texture and high elasticity. Moreover, to meet the demands of the electronics and semiconductor industries, our company also produces sponges with enhanced cleaning performance and high-precision characteristics.
Feature A: 1. Possesses excellent hydrophilicity and water-retention properties.
2. It has a soft, elastic texture when absorbing water and does not leave any imperfections in the work. Moreover, it adheres closely to the surface of the workpiece, even on uneven areas, and does not leave any water-absorption stains.
3. Possesses strong wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and chemical resistance.
4. Continuous porous structure, resistant to small particles and featuring excellent filtration performance.
5. There is no substrate delamination phenomenon, just like with conventional materials.
6. Due to its low extractive content and superior chemical properties, this cleaning material has virtually no impact on the object being cleaned.
B Use:
Absorption of water after cleaning flat glass, automotive glass, and glass products.
Absorption of water during the manufacturing of food processing, packaging, and steam-cooked packaged foods.
Water absorption of tires and mats
Water absorption after cleaning of films, plastics, and metal sheets
Humidification and coating of various water-soluble adhesives, coatings, antistatic agents, and more.
After cleaning, the printed circuit boards, lead frames, photomasks, and substrates for liquid crystal display screens absorb water.
